THE IMPACT OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN RECRUITMENT PRACTICES
This study examines the impact of diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices, focusing on its effects on workforce composition, innovation, and organizational performance. A survey design is utilized for its effectiveness in capturing diverse perspectives from a large sample. A sample size of 380 respondents, derived using Taro Yamane's formula, ensures a representative analysis. The case study is conducted in Abuja, targeting a multinational company known for its diverse workforce. The reliability coefficient score of 0.89 indicates high reliability. Findings suggest that diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices lead to a more innovative and productive workforce, enhancing organizational performance. Recommendations include implementing comprehensive diversity training programs and actively promoting inclusive recruitment policies.
