A survey design is utilized for its effectiveness in capturing diverse perspectives from a large sample. A sample size of 380 respondents, derived using Taro Yamane's formula, ensures a representative analysis. The case study is conducted in Abuja, targeting a multinational company known for its diverse workforce. The reliability coefficient score of 0.89 indicates high reliability.
